Working remotely, the part-time Virtual Community & UGC Support Specialist will review and publish user-generated content, monitor community feedback, and assist with technical issues to enhance user experience on the Cruise Critic platform. Key responsibilities Review and publish user-generated content while ensuring compliance with publication guidelines Monitor and respond to community inquiries and technical alerts, troubleshooting issues as necessary Assist Community Leader Volunteers and identify user needs through feedback analysis Required qualifications Minimum two years of Community Management and UGC experience, preferably with a consumer-facing website Proficiency with Google Suite and familiarity with community software platforms Strong command of the English language, including excellent proofreading skills Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision Passion for travel and online community engagement
